UK "quadplay" provider Virgin Media announced today that it has appointed former Orange UK Head of Music and Film Partnerships Richard Wheeler as its first ever Head of Music.
Prior to his role at Orange, Wheeler was Vice President of Digital Business Development at Sanctuary Music Group. Before that he was an A&R assistant at Jive Records.
