Internet giant Yahoo! is expected to announce today that it is restructuring its North American Sales Group and meanwhile has hired Adobe Systems veteran Bryan Lamkin to be the new Senior Vice President of its Applications Products Division. The division includes Yahoo! properties Mail, Messenger, as well as Flickr and Yahoo! Answers.
Most recently Lamkin was an Executive in Residence at VC firm Sutter Hill Ventures and Executive in Residence at New Enterprise Associates. Before that he spent more than 14 years at Adobe. His last position there was Senior Vice President & General Manager of Creative Solutions Business Unit at Adobe Systems.
