Post-trade management software company Firm 58 announced today that it has appointed Nick Fera to be its new Chief Executive Officer. "Fera will serve on the board of directors and be responsible for daily operations and company strategy."
Prior to joining Firm 58, Fera was Chairman and CEO of Parlano, maker of the enterprise group chat platform MindAlign, acquired by Microsoft in October 2007. Before that he worked at Platinum Technologies, which was acquired by Computer Associates in 1999.
