Bucharest, Romania engineer Mihai Dilimont announced in a Twitter update that he is happy to be starting his new job today. Dilimont is the new Virus Analyst at antivirus, antispam and recovery security company Avira.

I just have to go on record and say that I am a big Avira fan. I use it at home and I could not be more pleased. I do think they have a ways to go before they can compete with some of the more fully fledged business antivirus solutions, but they seem to be doing way more things right than they are wrong.
