Online tutoring and academic services company SMARTHINKING.COM announced today that it has appointed Katherine K. (Kathy) Clark to be its new Chief Executive Officer. Founder and former CEO Burck Smith will stay on as the company's President.
Clark is also currently a Board member and former Chairman at Northern Virginia Technology Council. Previously she was Founder & CEO at enterprise software company Landmark Systems.
