Santa Cruz, California based UserVoice is a customer support service for websites that ReadWriteWeb called "one of the most exciting things we've seen on the web for some time - the User Experience is fabulous". The company announced that it has hired Thomas Knoll to be its new Chief Community Officer.
Knoll is also currently a Guild Member at We Know and a Web Developer and Community Developer at EmergingLeadersNetwork.org. Previously he was a Community Advocate at Seesmic.
