Apply Now to Pitch at this Fall's Founder Showcase
The Founder Showcase is taking applications now for a chance to make your pitch onstage at the event to be held October 21 in Mountain View, California. Any early-stage startup less than 2 years old and with less than $500,000 in funding is invited to apply.
It's free to enter the pitch competition. And members of TheFunded vote to determine who they want to see onstage. The deadline for voting is October 10, so apply now.
The Founder Showcase is held quarterly (see our coverage of the August event). The event brings together investors, founders, and members of the press and includes keynote addresses as well as the pitch competition. October's event - the 5th Founder Showcase - will feature investor Mike Maples Jr. as the keynote speaker. Maples will then join a panel of investors who will provide critical feedback to the startups who are pitching. The Grand Prize Winner walks away with cash and free services, but the exposure has proven valuable for participants in general.
