Today Opera announced the third beta release of the Opera 10 browser including a number of interesting UI improvements and special emphasis on Opera Turbo. Rumored to improve browsing speeds over limited bandwidth connections, Turbo is a compression technology that the company describes as "curing the bandwidth blues."
